For those of you who are not familiar to this musical, you just have to know there are great rock numbers as well as beautiful songs such as Starry Spheres. It's about a sweet and vulnerable school teacher, Ms Nadia taking her class to Karloffia Transalvania. During this trip she meets Father O Stake and Dr Nick, who she falls in love with and crazy Glublicks as well as the lovely inn managers Hans and Gretel. Suddenly she meets Dracula and his demons, and Ms Nadia secretly becomes a vampire as well. Dracula, and his mum Wraith, and his servant, Ghengis plan the ceremony of fangs for Ms Nadia. As no one knows this Ms Nadia and Dr Nick get married at the end of the story when Dracula suddenly appears again and both Dracula and Ms Nadia kills Dr Nick.
Well something like that :P
Anyways we've been working for one whole term, every wednesdays and thursdays, and nearer the show we started rehearsing on sundays as well, and its been a really tiring term but the outcome was..... last week we had 3 amazing performances.
The set was fantastic, costumes were amazing, thanks to Ms Peterson and i have to agree the show was fabulous, and i think i would really miss having rehearsals with this crew. Although most of time we were so stressed out, i think we did really well!!
I think Kian did an amazing job as well, being a Prefect and being the main character Dracula at the same time!! I really look up to you kian :) But of course every was amazing, and i think we all deserve this holiday break to sleep and rest. And i hope every one from the crew will never forget this experience.
P.S I was so glad when on the Dracula Spectacula Pamphlet my name was under Choreography with Ms Berney and Ms Bergen!!!
